Mud Run Training Log: 10-13-11

Breakfast:

  • Scrambled cage-free eggs cooked in bacon fat
  • Coffee with organic whole milk
  • Organic chicken with apple sausage cooked in bacon fat
  • 1/4 sweet potato cooked in bacon fat

Lunch

  • IF = Intermittent Fasting (check out Primal Blueprint for more info)
  • Water only

Dinner

  • Fresh guacamole
  • Spinach salad with lump crab meat, red onions, walnuts, feta cheese, dried cranberries and balsamic vinaigrette
  • One can PBR!

Mud run training workout

  • 1.5 mile trail jog
  • 5 minutes gator crawl
  • 10 burpees
  • 1.5 mile trail sprint
