Mud Run Training Log: 10-16-11

(Saturday 10-15-11: Family Day)

mud run training logBreakfast:

  • Coffee with organic whole milk
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of almonds


  • IF = Intermittent Fasting (check out Primal Blueprint for more info)
  • Water only


  • Fresh ham salad with kiwi, crumbled bacon, avocado, grape tomatoes, cucumber, diced provolone, Maui onions, and balsamic vinaigrette
  • One can PBR!


  • Coffee with organic whole milk
  • Fresh red grapes
  • 1 small slice of mom’s homemade rum cake (too good to pass up!)

Mud run training workout

  • 6 mile run with “street gymnastics” (I’ll explain for Maniac Monday Workout on 10-24-11)
