BREAKFAST:

  • American/provolone cheese omelette cooked in unsalted butter
  • Sliced fresh ham cooked in unsalted butter
  • Small glass of orange juice
  • Coffee with whole milk

LUNCH

  • Coffee with whole milk
  • Banana

DINNER

  • Mediterranean Salad with mixed field greens, walnuts, dried cranberries, grape tomatoes, Maui onions, and Gorgonzola with raspberry vinaigrette
  • 1 can PBR!

DESSERT

  • 1 Dark chocolate mint
  • 1 Banana

MUD RUN TRAINING WORKOUT

  • 15 wide-grip pull-ups
  • 1 Tabata battle ropes with 4 variations
  • 1 Tabata double platform jumps
  • 30 single platform step-up mirror spar (knee kick-hook-uppercut)
  • 15 Fat Gripz pull-ups
