Mud Run Training Log: 10-19-11

BREAKFAST:

  • Scrambled cage free eggs over-easy cooked in bacon fat
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 Slices thick cut bacon
  • Small glass of orange juice
  • Coffee with whole milk

LUNCH

DINNER

  • Sliced cabbage and pork soup
  • Shrimp over broccoli with cashews and white sauce

DESSERT

  • Coffee with whole milk
  • 1/4 of a Crumbs Red Velvet muffin (shared with wife for special occasion 🙂 – seriously these things are evil

MUD RUN TRAINING WORKOUT

    • REST DAY
    • Planks
    • Baby squats – (basically I hold my 7-week old and do squats while watching TV until she falls asleep)
