Mud Run Training Log: 10-22-11

BREAKFAST:

  • Cage free scrambled eggs
  • Small glass of orange juice

LUNCH

  • Medium rare burger topped with bacon and melted bleu cheese
  • Fresh coleslaw
  • Side salad of greens, tomatoes, and red onions

DINNER

  • Full fat greek yogurt with sliced banana and tsp of honey.
  • 2 Miller Lites (cheater!)

DESSERT

  • Coffee with whole milk
