Mud Run Training Log: 10-23-11

BREAKFAST:

  • Cage free scrambled eggs with fresh grape tomatoes
  • 1 Boneless pork chop sautéed in onions and virgin olive oil
  • Coffee with organic whole milk
  • Small glass of orange juice

LUNCH

  • Organic grape tomatoes and carrots with full fat greek yogurt onion dip.
  • 2 Otter Creek Oktoberfest Beers while watching Jets win!

DINNER

  • Fresh made spicy seafood gumbo – awesome!
  • Eggplant, tomato, and Portobello mushroom tower with balsamic vinaigrette

DESSERT

  • Coffee with whole milk

    • Fence climbing drills
    • Curb sprints (balance beams)
    • Running high jumps
    • Hurdles
