53 DAYS UNTIL WORLD’S TOUGHEST MUDDER

BREAKFAST:

  • Cage free eggs over easy with sautéed onions cooked in bacon fat
  • Side fresh strawberries
  • Coffee with organic whole milk
  • Small glass of orange juice

LUNCH

  • Banana
  • Latte with organic whole milk

Primal Shepard's PieDINNER

  • Primal Shepard’s Pie: (ground pork, peppers, onions, string beans, carrots topped with cauliflower mash and a sprinkle of cheddar) – Delish!
  • 1 Otter Creek Oktoberfest

DESSERT

  • Coffee with whole milk
  • Full-fat Greek yogurt with fresh blackberries, strawberries, raspberries & bananas + tsp of honey

MUD RUN TRAINING WORKOUT

    • Killer 300 Spartan Kettlebell Workout for time:
    • 25 V-Ups
    • 50 KB snatches (25 each arm)
    • 25 pushups
    • 50 burpees (or squat thrusts)
    • 50 clean-n-press (25 each side)
    • 50 mountain climbers
    • My time 15:30 – not ready for WTM yet!
