Mud Run Training Log: 10-27-11

51 DAYS UNTIL WORLD’S TOUGHEST MUDDER

BREAKFAST:

  • Cage free eggs over-easy served over Shepard’s pie (leftovers!)
  • Small glass of orange juice
  • Pumpkin latte

LUNCH

  • Hot wings with bleu cheese
  • Ice Cold Dos Equis Draft (x2)

DINNER

  • Broiled Salmon with homemade parsley butter-lemon sauce
  • Big ass salad with red leaf lettuce, golden delicious apples, avocado, strawberries grape tomatoes and organic balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 Oktoberfest

DESSERT

  • Coffee with whole milk
  • Full-fat Greek yogurt with fresh blackberries, strawberries, raspberries + tsp of honey
