Pre-Race Snack (12:30pm heat)

  • Gel pack
  • Half plain bagel
  • Handful mixed nuts
  • Small piece dark chocolate
  • H20

Post-Race Snack

  • Gel pack
  • Half plain bagel
  • Corn Dog!
  • Free Beer!

Post-Race DINNER

  • Sliced roast beef & sliced turkey breast and cheese lettuce wraps
  • Big ass salad
  • Beer

 

DESSERT

  • 2 Cookies
  • DD French Vanilla Coffee with Milk
