45 DAYS UNTIL WORLD’S TOUGHEST MUDDER

BREAKFAST:

  • Cage free scrambled eggs cooked in rendered bacon fat
  • Side of bacon
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Organic pear
  • Small glass of orange juice
  • Coffee with organic whole milk

LUNCH

  • Banana
  • H20

DINNER

  • Big ass salad with organic red leaf lettuce, golden delicious apples, pear, carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumber, bacon, cheddar cheese and organic balsamic vinaigrette
  • Brooklyn Ale #2 (for 2 thumbs up!)

DESSERT

  • Coffee with whole milk
  • Full-fat Greek yogurt with banana + tsp of honey
