BREAKFAST:

  • Cage free scrambled eggs with grape tomatoes cooked in rendered bacon fat
  • 8 oz Angus Flank Steak
  • Small glass of orange juice
  • Coffee with organic whole milk

LUNCH

  • Cream of spinach soup
  • Apple
  • H20

DINNER

  • 8 oz Angus Flank Steak
  • Butternut squash sauteed with bacon and onions
  • H20

DESSERT

  • Coffee with whole milk
  • Full-fat Greek yogurt with banana + tsp of honey
